With new regulations from the U.S. Department of Labor on the hiring of people with disabilities and veterans, companies are working to ensure that they are prepared. The Disability Employment Tracker is designed for companies across a range of industries to:

  • Confidentially assess their disability and veteran employment practices
  • Benchmark their efforts against leading practices; and
  • Use results to educate internal stakeholders on successes and opportunities

To help assess your company’s current state,

the Disability Employment Tracker looks at four key areas:

Four Areas: Climate & Culture, Employment Lifecycle, Tracking & Measurement, Results & Opportunities

Your results are confidential and can be used to help you improve your company’s disability policies and programs. With input from Fortune 500 companies, the Tracker was developed with Sirota Consulting, a leading provider of organizational assessments. Sirota will administer the Tracker and ensure confidentiality and data security. Research firm J.D. Power, a business of McGraw-Hill Financial, is providing guidance on methodology and processes.
