 In recognition of Global Accessibility Awareness Day, the National Organization on Disability (NOD) hosted a thought-provoking webinar on the intersection of accessibility, neurodiversity, and mental health in the workplace.

 

This session explored how digital accessibility features in hiring technologies can support neurodiverse jobseekers and employees as well as the role that mental health plays in creating inclusive environments and ensuring that people with disabilities are given equal opportunities to succeed.

 

Featuring a panel of experts providing insights into challenges, strategies, and solutions for enhancing digital accessibility to support neurodiverse individuals in the workforce.
