Each fair includes personalized virtual training sessions for both audiences with students receiving hands-on coaching to strengthen resumes, interviewing skills, and self-advocacy, while employers learn best practices for inclusive hiring, accommodations, and workplace accessibility. How is the Virtual Career Fair structured?
The Virtual Career Fair is designed to engage with candidates directly, and you will have a dedicated virtual booth for 1:1 interaction via video, audio, or text chat.
After setting up your profile you will have access to view and conduct targeted search of student profiles.
Options for meeting candidates:
- Connect with students before the event
- Schedule appointments for March 26
- Students select appointment times with employers
How do I register my company?
Registration is simple!
- The first step is to complete the registration process here.
- We’ll send you a link to create your company login credential.
- Click on the ‘Register’ button.
- Select ‘Create an account’ > ‘Representative’ > ‘My organization is not listed, I would like to add.’
How do I set up my virtual booth?
After registering your company, follow these simple instructions:
- Set up a company profile with your logo, video links, etc.
- Link campus/early career page, job postings, internships, and any recruitment program details. Take this opportunity to promote internships, apprenticeships, fellowships, co-ops and career specific programs for a jump start for 2026 recruitment.
- Names of participating recruiters: Please note we are allotting (2) recruiters per booth but can accommodate for additional members.
Who attends the Virtual Career Fair?
Open nationally and promoted through disability resource centers and career services offices, we are offering pre-event career readiness training for all candidates.
Candidates are students enrolled in undergraduate and graduate studies, soon-to-be graduates, and recent graduates across all majors eager to learn more about your internships, co-operatives, apprenticeships, fellowships, entry-level and early career opportunities.
Anticipated Attendance: 150 students/alums from schools across the country, including:
- Gallaudet University (Deaf & Hard of Hearing students)
- Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) – NTID (National Technical Institute for the Deaf), Spectrum Support Program and the Neurodiverse Hiring Initiative
- Beacon College (campus for students with learning disabilities, ADHD, and other learning differences.)
- Consortium of schools from the College Autism Network
- CUNY, University of Illinois, and other disability-inclusive institutions

Jobs Connected will provide a comprehensive report of booth visitor count, candidate profile of visitors along with follow up details, and engagement statistics.
