Driving Change
Mental Health
Supporting front-line workers, managers, and executives to advance mental wellness in the workplace.

Mental Health Is a Workplace Issue
Mental health is inseparable from workforce participation. Employees with mental health challenges often face stigma, lack of accommodations, and/or inadequate support for their mental well-being at work. With over 200 million workdays lost annually to depression alone, the cost to both workers and our economy is immense.
NOD partners with allies from academia, business, government, and philanthropy to reduce the stigma of mental illness in the workplace, develop policies and practices that support employee well-being, and provide training to employees, managers and executives. We work with our partners to build cultures where all employees can thrive, stay engaged, and be productive.
