With a background in Public Relations, Chelsea spent nearly a decade working in corporate communications and PR before pursuing a full-time career in social media and content creation. Through her journey navigating life and the workplace with a physical disability, Chelsea has seen firsthand how assumptions, discomfort and fear of saying the wrong thing create barriers to connection and inclusion. Today, she combines her professional communications expertise with her lived experience to help audiences approach disability with greater curiosity, confidence and empathy.
With a community of more than 900,000 people across social media, Chelsea has built her career around making disability more visible while creating authentic conversations about inclusion, accessibility and everyday life.
