Graphic Design Internship (Hybrid)

Pay: $17.50/hour

About the Opportunity:
The Marketing and Communications (MarComms) team is seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Design Intern with a strong interest in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics. This opportunity is ideal for a college student or recent graduate who is passionate about storytelling through video, has experience using Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere and After Effects, and is eager to contribute to the disability inclusion movement.
You’ll report to the Manager of Marketing and Communications to help bring the NOD brand to life through visually compelling content, raising awareness of our mission and engaging with our digital audience.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design static creative, brand-aligned visual content for digital platforms
- Create and edit short-form videos and animations using Adobe Premiere and/or After Effects
- Support development of social media content on an ad hoc basis
- Schedule posts using Sprout Social
- Engage with audiences on LinkedIn and Instagram
- Support creative needs for NOD’s signature events (e.g., social campaigns, signage, collateral)
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Illustration, or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and/or After Effects
- Basic understanding of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn
- Passion for disability inclusion and social impact
- Strong storytelling, time management, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively
