This Valentine’s season, we’re creating space for an honest, affirming conversation about confidence, connection, and belonging in interabled relationships.
Interabled relationships show up everywhere: romantic partnerships, families, friendships, workplaces, and communities. Yet they’re often misunderstood or framed through stereotypes rather than real lived experience. This session centers the voices of people who navigate these relationships every day, with humor, resilience, and intention.
Through storytelling and practical discussion, explore how confidence is built, how communication can either strengthen or strain connection, and how curiosity can replace assumptions. You’ll walk away with concrete tools, shared language, and a deeper sense of belonging.
