Disability Inclusion Blueprint

Transform Your Workplace

Our Disability Inclusion Blueprint gives you a roadmap to strengthen your inclusion strategy–and your business.

A man wearing a navy blue button-down shirt uses a white cane while walking arm-in-arm with a taller bearded man in a beige sweater. Both men are smiling warmly as they navigate through what appears to be a modern library or bookstore with bookshelves visible in the background. The scene demonstrates friendship and support, with the sighted person providing guidance assistance in a natural, companionable way. The bright, open space has fluorescent lighting and organized shelving typical of a public library setting.

The free and confidential Disability Inclusion Blueprint offers you a guide to advance disability inclusion across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retention.
