Daniel Wynn is the Senior Manager of Impact and Innovation Programs at the National Organization on Disability (NOD), where he leads the Disability Inclusion Blueprint. This core initiative benchmarks workplace disability inclusion across the employee lifecycle and helps companies identify opportunities for growth and adopt more inclusive practices. Daniel oversees all aspects of the program, from survey design and data analysis to vendor coordination and scorecard development, ensuring the delivery of strategic insights aligned with NOD’s broader mission and goals.
In addition to managing the Blueprint, Daniel supports NOD’s senior leadership by building systems that improve project planning, workflow operations, and impact tracking. His work also contributes to NOD’s fundraising and development efforts by generating compelling data and insights that strengthen the organization’s value proposition to funders and partners. He plays a key role in advancing strategic partnerships, collaborating across teams, and contributing to research and communications that elevate NOD’s presence and influence in the field.
Before joining NOD, Daniel served as Regional Operations Director for Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign and held roles in communications and research at a nonprofit focused on financial reform. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Delaware. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, exploring New York City, and spending time with family, friends, and his two dogs, Elsie and Marty.
