About Jay Thomas Manuel
Meet Jay “Mini Producer” Thomas Manuel, a music producer, entrepreneur, and creator making waves in the entertainment industry. Jay has built a career breaking barriers, proudly living with Osteogenesis Imperfecta Type 3, Autism, and being hard of hearing. Jay’s content is a mix of humor, storytelling, and advocacy, connecting with a growing community of fans and fellow creatives.
He’s partnered with brands like Jif, HealthCare.gov, and Amazon, and as a producer, he’s worked with artists from independents to major names. A voting member of the Atlanta chapter of the Recording Academy, Jay is also a professional member of RAMPD (Recording Artists and Music Professionals with Disabilities). Jay is the voice of Jeff Mouse, the first disabled character on the PBS Kids show Donkey Hodie, continuing his mission of expanding representation in children’s media. Now, Jay is sharing more of his story on TLC’s reality series Jay & Pamela, which premiered Spring 2025.
Beyond content creation, Jay mentors up-and-coming producers and continues to push for greater representation in entertainment.
