Josef Pevsner is passionate about making the world more inclusive and accessible for people with disabilities. He currently serves as the Director of Research, Strategy & Product Development at the National Organization on Disability (NOD). In this role, Josef manages NOD’s Learning Hub and oversees federally- and foundation-funded research programs focused on employment for people with disabilities, with specific sub-focuses on accessibility, mental health, and artificial intelligence.
Josef previously worked within the digital accessibility and disability rights spaces. His knowledge and skill set include disability inclusion, digital accessibility, program development & management, organizational learning & instructional design, digital marketing strategy, business documentation, nonprofit development, strategic partnerships, and government relations.
Outside of work, Josef spends as much time as humanly possible road tripping across the US; he imagines heaven will look a lot like the Pacific Coast Highway. He is also an avid eater and amateur food historian and goes out of his way, wherever he may be, to find holes in the wall that serve great food.
Josef holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and is endeavoring towards a Doctor of Law (JD) from Georgetown University Law Center in the part-time evening division.
