Katherine D’Anjolell

Programs Associate

Katherine D’Anjolell serves as Programs Associate at the National Organization on Disability (NOD), where she plays an integral role in supporting the Chief Content and Resource Development Officer and the Director of Resource Development. In this capacity, Katherine contributes to a wide array of organizational priorities, including revenue generation, development strategy, data analysis, and administrative coordination. She provides critical support for sales and fundraising initiatives by identifying and cultivating prospective partners, developing workforce management systems within Salesforce, and creating customized collateral to drive engagement and impact.

Katherine also ensures the seamless day-to-day operations of the team by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing financial reports. Her attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality make her a trusted partner in handling sensitive information and complex projects.

Prior to joining NOD, Katherine built a foundation in corporate administration work and film production, where she developed a passion for advancing equity and access in the workplace. She holds a B.S. in Applied Arts and Sciences with concentrations in Engineering & Design and Film & Theatrical Studies from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Outside of work, Katherine enjoys the independent film scene, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and brushing up on her ASL. She is proud to contribute to NOD’s mission of creating a truly inclusive workforce for all.
