Aaron Brown

Director of Resource Development

Aaron Brown is the Director of Resource Development at the National Organization on Disability (NOD), where he leads fundraising strategy, corporate engagement, and strategic partnerships to advance disability inclusion in the workplace. With nearly two decades of experience in organizational development and fundraising, Aaron has helped mission-driven organizations raise over $85 million in philanthropic and public funding.

Prior to joining NOD, Aaron worked as a national fundraising and strategy consultant, serving a wide range of sectors including workforce development, education, arts and culture, climate innovation, and economic development. He has led the development of multi-million-dollar grants from entities such as the U.S. Department of Energy, the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, and the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention. He holds a Master of Public Administration from Marywood University and a B.S. in Marketing from Penn State University.

Outside of his work at NOD, Aaron is an accomplished musician who performs and records regularly, bringing the same passion for storytelling and connection to his artistic life as he does to his professional.
