About Winston Clements

Winston Ben Clements is a former software engineer turned motivational speaker and accessibility consultant. Living with Osteogenesis Imperfecta, he delivers impactful keynote speeches for Fortune 500 companies and co-creates The Clements social media brand with his wife Mayfair. He has delivered two TEDx talks and serves as a board member at Disability:IN Greater Atlanta. His work has been featured on Good Morning America, BBC, and The Today Show. Winston’s mission is to normalize disability and help build inclusive workplaces worldwide.
