Dustin Giannelli is the CEO and Founder of HearsDustin®, a disability inclusion speaker, accessibility advocate and communications strategist who helps organizations create more inclusive cultures by strengthening communication.
Through his journey with profound bilateral hearing loss, Dustin has worn hearing aids since childhood and has spent his life navigating the world through a different lens. Drawing from his personal experiences, entrepreneurial background and years of working with leading organizations, Dustin equips leaders to move beyond awareness and take action to build workplaces where every individual is motivated to perform at their best.
Dustin has partnered with organizations including McDonald’s, PNC Bank, NBCUniversal, Converse, Ralph Lauren Corporation, Peloton, HubSpot, and Staples to deliver impactful keynotes and conversations focused on accessibility, inclusive leadership, communication and workplace culture.
