As NOD expands its employer partnerships and workforce solutions, their insights will help shape approaches that drive both business impact and meaningful employment outcomes for people with disabilities.
Tellis Bethel is Group Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Toyota Financial Services, where he leads enterprise-wide financial management including accounting, treasury, capital, liquidity, and risk management across TFS and Toyota Motor North America. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Toyota Financial Savings Bank. Over his tenure with Toyota, Bethel has held a range of leadership roles spanning finance, analytics, and social innovation, including serving as Chief Social Innovation Officer and Chief Diversity Officer, where he helped advance the company’s “Respect for People” philosophy across workplace, marketplace, and community initiatives.
Jeffrey Gray is Vice President of Global Go-To-Market and Corporate Functions Recruiting at ServiceNow, where he leads global talent acquisition supporting more than 4,000 hires annually across fast-growing business functions. He previously led ServiceNow’s global technology recruiting organization and has held senior talent leadership roles at Amazon, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Abbott, overseeing global teams of up to 350 and annual hiring volumes reaching 6,000. Across his career, Gray has focused on building scalable recruiting systems, strengthening workforce planning, and improving candidate experience while maintaining high-performing, inclusive teams. He also brings a deeply personal commitment to disability inclusion, having chaired ServiceNow’s People with Disabilities Employee Belonging Group and serving on the board of the Northwest Association for Blind Athletes.
David Hulays is Senior Vice President of Finance at The Hershey Company, where he provides financial leadership across the company’s business units, supply chain, corporate functions, and enterprise transformation efforts. Since joining Hershey in 2012, he has held roles of increasing responsibility across Canada, the U.S. business, supply chain, FP&A, treasury, and transformation. Prior to Hershey, Hulays spent 15 years at Procter & Gamble, where he led finance across commercial, supply chain, strategy, M&A, and global shared services in both North American and international markets, building a broad foundation in global consumer business leadership.
