NOD is seeking support in order to offer answers in response to issues emerging in disability employment. Projects for the coming year include:

Mental Health:

NOD will use decades of expertise in disability inclusion to develop and pilot a Mental Health Ambassadorship program aimed at frontline managers in industries including retail, healthcare, manufacturing, and logistics. This program will equip ambassadors-in-training with the knowledge to understand mental health issues and their impact on productivity, ultimately in order to improve workplace safety.

Digital Accessibility:

NOD will an education and partnership model for small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to expand their digital customer and talent pools by making their internal and/or vendor-provided technology more accessible.
