  • Step 1: Sign up by completing this webform.
  • Step 2: Fill out a survey measuring your company’s: talent outcomes across the employee lifecycle, strategy and policies, and practices and programs.
    Note: Completing the questionnaire is fully confidential, and your responses and participation remain private. The National Organization on Disability does not release the names of any participating companies without their permission.
  • Step 3: Receive your Blueprint, a guide tailored to where your company’s disability inclusion strategy currently stands with recommendations to advance to the next stage.

Your responses and data on the Blueprint questionnaire remain confidential.
