How do I use the Blueprint to implement changes at my company?

How is the Disability Inclusion Blueprint different from the Employment Tracker?

The survey has been completely updated for launch of the 2025 Disability Inclusion Blueprint. Not only is it significantly shorter than the version used in the Employment Tracker™, improved questions offer clarity, and a new structure allows for a user-friendly experience.

Plus, you’ll receive a tailored Blueprint, focused on actions specific to your company’s current stage that will take your strategy to the next level.

How do I download a copy of the survey?

After completing the webform to sign up, on the U.S. and Global survey portals, you'll find instructions, FAQs, and a link to download the survey.

We recommend using the downloaded survey to gather information from relevant team members and review your answers, then complete and submit the online survey when you are ready.

Note: You will also have the option of saving your responses in the survey portal and return later, prior to submission.

Should I complete the U.S., Global version, or both?

Choose both the U.S. and the Global versions if your company has operations in the U.S. and internationally. You’ll receive unique reports for each version.
Choose the U.S. version if your company has operations in the U.S.
Choose the Global version if your company does not operate in the U.S. The Global version features survey questions adapted for international disability inclusion programs and metrics.

Completing the Disability Inclusion Blueprint questionnaire is fully confidential, and your responses remain private. NOD works with our partner, ResultsLab, to securely collect your responses. Data from the Global version of the Disability Inclusion Blueprint will be anonymized and shared in aggregate with Valuable 500. You may opt in to be considered for the NOD Leading Disability Employer Seal or Fair360's Top 50 Companies for Inclusive Workplaces.

Note: Responses are not shared with Fair360, only that your company has submitted the questionnaire.
