Tell us about your personal connection to disability inclusion.
My personal connection to disability inclusion stems from a combination of professional experiences and personal values. I’ve had the privilege of working on projects that focus on analyzing and improving disability inclusion strategies and plans for people with disabilities, and this work has opened my eyes to the barriers that individuals with disabilities face as well as the critical importance of fostering an inclusive society where everyone has equal opportunities. I am deeply committed to advocating for accessibility and inclusion, viewing them not just as professional obligations but as fundamental human rights.Â

My proudest personal achievement is spending two weeks hiking in the mountainous regions of Guizhou. We carried two weeks' worth of supplies on our backs and slept in tents. Every night, under the starry sky and around the campfire, we would discuss life and dreams. Being surrounded by nature, it was an unforgettable experience that taught me the value of simplicity, perseverance, and camaraderie.Â
