is currently the Interim Chief Operating Officer at NOD. Sara began her career as a corporate attorney in the financial sector, focusing on compliance and operations. In 2016, Sara made the jump to the public sector and since then has been focused on projects that further equity-driven policies in education, workforce development and employment. Her legal experience and business background coupled with her direct experience in leadership roles in the public sector give her a foundational skill set to be able to lead work on critical policy questions.

Sara has a B.S. in International Business from Northern Arizona University, a J.D. and M.B.A. from DePaul University and an M.S. in Educational Leadership from The Broad Center at the Yale School of Management.
